Minnesota Lawyer Costs & Fees

The goal of Bolinske & Bolinske is to provide our clients with high quality legal representation at fair rates. As part of our commitment to value, Bolinske & Bolinske is dedicated to controlling costs and managing client fees.

Billing Arrangements

  • Hourly or Blended Rates.

  • Contingency fees: Our fee is contingent upon the outcome of the case. Instead of an hourly fee, Bolinske & Bolinske and the client agree upon a set amount, typically a certain percentage of the recovery if Bolinske & Bolinske wins the case. If we do not win the case the client does not pay anything.

  • Flat Fee: On certain cases Bolinske & Bolinske will offer a specific total fee for your case. In those instances the flat price will be the total you will be charged for legal work done on your matter.

  • Single Lump Sum Annual Retainer.

  • Credit Cards Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
