Minnesota Credit Reporting Problems

Are you having trouble getting credit for a house, car, credit card or line of credit because of inaccurate information on your credit? Or is your interest rate higher because of the improper reporting of your information. This is a problem for millions of Americans because credit reporting is inaccurate for many people, for more information you can view it on our blog. If you look at many credit reports they contain errors that could be hurting your credit. In order to fix your credit you need to dispute this inaccurate information in writing to the three major credit reporting bureaus.

The three major bureaus are Transunion, Equifax, and Experian and they are responsible for the majority of the credit reporting in the United States. If they do not correct the credit information after your dispute you have the right to sue them under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). These violations can carry large penalties for the credit reporting bureaus, because of the extra interest you pay on loans if your credit is not reporting correctly. If you are being harmed by inaccurate credit reporting and you have disputed this information with the credit bureaus give our office a call to see if we can help get your credit repaired.
